"We recently ordered a kitchen through Pritchards Paraparaumu.  We'd like to say a huge thank you to all involved with our order.  We were extremely impressed with the professional approach and excellent design skills of Ali Taylor.  She could not have been more helpful.  I went into your Paraparaumu Branch with a design I had done myself and Ali made some fantastic suggestions both from a practical use and design/asthetic point of view.  We went to 4 other local kitchen companies and none came close to your design to make it a useable, practical and attractive kitchen.  Not only were we impressed with Ali who has remained in contact with us throughout the process, but also the quality of the kitchen once fitted is fantastic.  Lots of small finishing touches that just make it feel special and Peter did an exact job measuring everything millimetre perfect which makes the finish look so fabulous.  The fitters - especially Grant were very professional and did a superb job of fitting the kitchen.                                                        We had a small problem where a part was missing from the sink spazio kit but it was immediately corrected by Peter.  You should be very proud to have such an excellent team of staff and to be providing such great customer service.  Everyone who said they were going to do something did so without me having to chase them.                                                    We will most certainly be recommending Pritchards to all our friends, and I know from some of the tradesmen that were working on our project that they will be recommending you too as they were so impressed with the finished project and asked who had done the kitchen.  In fact one just stood in the doorway for 5 minutes when he saw the finished kitchen and couldn't stop saying 'wow!' and staring at it all!"                                 Sarah Anderson, Paraparaumu Beach 18/04/2011
